Hva er en cookie og hvorfor bruker vi det?
Ourwebsites use cookies, which is very common for most websites. A cookie is a data file stored on our website visitor’s computer, smartphone, browser or other IT-equipment. When a visitor enters our website, the cookie therefore identifies your IT-equipment/IP-address, but not the person as such. The cookie thereby makes it possible to recognize your browser and gather information about which websites and functions are visited or used through your browser. 

The first time you visit our website, you will meet a banner whereby you will be informed about our use of cookies. You may consent to this by clicking “Ok” or bycontinuing using our website. Why do we use cookies?

Wemainly use cookies for analysing the traffic on our website in general,e.g. the number of visitors and returning visitors or which product descriptions or advertisements are reviewed by the visitors. The purposeto do this is to improve the design of our website, to target marketingand generally increase our service to the visitors. 

The tool we use for this purpose is Google Analytics and Sitecore Statistics, which thereby also place a cookie on your IT-equipment for statistical analysis of the users’ visits and navigation on the website (so-called “third party cookies”). 
By using cookies from Google Analytics, we monitor inter alia: 
  • If you through the browser have visited our website previously and how many times,
  • Which country you come from and your preferred language
  • Which search engine you have used to be directed to our website 
  • When and for how long you have visited our website. 
Ona few of our websites, we also use a cookie from Google Analytics whichgives us the opportunity to target the readers of our advertisements onwebsites that are not administered by us (so-called “remarketing”). Thepurpose of doing this is to be able to present you with relevant advertisements.

Once a year for a period of oneto two months, a cookie is used in regards to optional user surveys. The survey uses a cookie to avoid that you receive the survey you have already responded to or you have chosen not to take part of.

Ifyou have logged on to one of our websites with restricted access by using a user name and password, we use cookies as long as you are loggedon. Among other things, these cookies log the content of the basket, user name and password so that we can identify you when clicking on the various online elements, which require login. This way, you do not have to login every time you wish to make use of a new element. When you log off, the cookie will be replaced and you have to log in next time you want to visit the website.

Temporary session-ID cookies are used to show when and for how long a visitor is on our website and therefore expires when you close your browser. Persistent cookiesshow if the visitor has been to the website before, where the visitoris from and which search engine has been used, keywords etc. Suchcookies expire after e.g. 6 months, 2 years or up to 10 years, and arerenewed when the visitor visits the website.

If you do not wish to consent to our use of cookies, you can always change your browser settings. You may also delete stored cookies. It depends on your particular browser how you can change the settings or delete the cookies. If you use a computer with a newer browser, you may delete your cookies by using: CTRL + SHIFT + Delete. You should be aware that if you delete or disables the cookies, you cannot log-in or use other functions, which may require that our website remembers the choices you make.
